Apartment Ariel - a brand new ground floor 3 bedroom duplex apartment, which has been beautifully restored for 2021 from what was originally an old barn. Incredibly spacious throughout and full of rustic charm, it has capacity for up to 7 people and is located in the tranquille village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400), perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m (door to piste). The property has the benefit of access to a garden with jacuzzi, which can be reserved privately for a supplementary fee and is well situated between the main resorts of Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier - with a short 10 min drive in either direction and easy proximity to Briancon. Apartment access is found to the ground floor.

- Kitchen area - 4 ring hob, grill oven, american style fridge freezer, small appliances including coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
- 8 seater dining table and chairs
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room

- Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds (3 single beds)

Garden:
- Hot tub for 6pax, available in winter exclusively for a supplementary charge of £300 for the week, including prosecco. Or for summer - can be booked for £60 per day (pre-booking essential). BBQ with dining area, garden furniture for client use

"The flat is beautifully decorated. The main room (the sheepfold) is superb, very spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs are also very comfortable, the bathrooms very nice. Only the small room with the single beds is really very small. Everything is done to make the guest feel comfortable.
